Ease of use has always been a PSI hallmark. The true Windows graphical user interface of our applications enable the user to control the applications using familiar processes. Further, users are guided through an entire process in a logical, intuitive, step-by-step sequence. 

To accommodate the bilingual nature of the North American trade environment, PSI’s software applications can be operated in both English and Spanish. Menus, reports, messages, on-line help, and all other features of the applications can be viewed in the language of choice, and only the language of choice. Users don’t have to contend with “busy”, cluttered displays that result from mixing both languages on the same screen.


 

CAM

CAM, Customs Accounting for Mexico, enables customers to process all kinds of importations and exportations, from components, finished goods, machinery and equipment, to spare parts. CAM features include:

NAFTAssistant

Whether you are on the US-Mexico border, or in the interior, you can’t afford not to use NAFTAssistant to ensure compliance with the North American Free Trade Agreement.  NAFTAssistant's features include:

e-Request

PSI Software’s eRequest module helps you manage the burdensome task of soliciting and monitoring Certificate of Origins and manufacturer’s affidavits from suppliers. In order to take advantage of reduced duty through NAFTA, you are required to have a valid certificate of origin for all qualifying goods from each of your suppliers, each year. eRequest can automate the solicitation process through a central system that allows your suppliers access to make their country of origin declarations.

eRequest directs your supplier to confirm contact information, print the documentation, optionally scan the signed documentation, and email you indicating that they have completed the process.  Through eRequest, when the supplier indicates the country of origin per part and if it qualifies for NAFTA, eRequest automatically separates the data into a NAFTA Certificate of Origin or a general Certification of Origin letter if they do not qualify for NAFTA.  You will no longer receive non-NAFTA parts on a NAFTA Certificate of Origin. ERP INTERFACES

One of the biggest obstacles to successful implementation of any system can be the gathering of critical data. To that end, we have developed interfaces to a number of popular ERP applications including J.D. Edwards, SAP, Oracle, BPCS, PRMS, MACPAC, JBA, MAPICS and many others. Alternately, those who prefer to develop such interfaces on their own can draw on PSI’s years of experience in this area. We can recommend a number of approaches our customers have taken. We also provide proprietary middleware that allow you to automate and streamline the integration process.
